# Overview

Transparency and accountability are essential for player retention. When an automated or manual ban is enforced, RAC includes a direct appeal link in the kick dialogue.

# Configuring Appeal URLs

In ServerScriptService/RAC/config.luau:

Config.Punishments = {

}

When a banned player attempts to connect, Roblox displays:

Disconnected:
[RAC Security Enforcement]
You have been banned from this experience.
Reason: Malicious Remote Packet Flooding
Appeal at: https://discord.gg/your-roblox-community

# Revoking Bans (Unbanning Players)

Administrators have two convenient ways to revoke a ban:

# Method 1: Using the Bento Admin Dashboard

1. Open the dashboard (F4 or /rac).
2. Navigate to Punishments (PunishmentCenterView).
3. Locate the player by Username or UserID in the Active Bans list.
4. Click Revoke Ban.
5. The dashboard confirms the action, removes the entry from DataStoreService, and broadcasts the unban across all servers.

# Method 2: Server Command / Script API

Call PunishmentManager.RevokeBan:
